This covers every Sundrykit product: the Obsidian Calendar plugin, the Snippets

Chrome extension, and the Figma Design Lint plugin.

The short version

We don't collect anything.

Our products run on your machine. They do not send your data anywhere, because

there is nowhere for it to go — we operate no analytics, no tracking, and no

customer database.

The single exception is a one-time licence check, described below.

What each product can see, and what it does with it

Obsidian Calendar

• Reads: the filenames of your notes, to work out which days already have

one and draw a dot.

• Never reads: the contents of any note.
• Sends: nothing.

Snippets (Chrome extension)

• Reads: what you type in ordinary text boxes, only to spot your own

triggers.

• Stores: your snippets in your browser's local storage, on your computer.

They are never synced to us or to anyone.

• Refuses: password fields. The extension will not act in them.
• Sends: nothing. There is no network code in the part of the extension that

watches your typing — we enforce that with an automated test that fails the

build if anyone adds one.

Figma Design Lint

• Reads: the structure of the file you run it on — colours, styles, spacing.
• Sends: nothing. The part of the plugin that can read your file has no

network access.

The one exception: licence activation

If you buy a Pro version, you enter a licence key once.

At that moment, and only that moment, the product sends **your licence key and

the product name** to our licence server so we can confirm the purchase.

We do not store it. The server checks the key with Gumroad, returns a signed

token, and keeps nothing. The token contains a scrambled, one-way version of your

key, the product name, and the date — no email, no name, no key, no location.

After that, the product never contacts us again. It checks the token on your

own machine. If our server disappeared tomorrow, your copy would keep working.

What we never do

• We never sell, share or rent anything, because we hold nothing to sell
• We use no analytics, advertising or tracking in any product
• We build no profile of you
• We do not know how you use our products

Payments

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, who act as the merchant of record. They

collect what they need to take a payment and issue a receipt. We see only what

Your rights

Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to show you, correct or

delete. If you think we hold something about you, write to us and we will check

and tell you honestly either way.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly

start collecting data — if that ever changed, the products would say so plainly

before it happened.
